III. REGISTERS AND LISTS

Article 13

1. The Chamber shall keep the following registers and lists:
1) Register of authorized architects
2) Register of authorized civil engineers
3) Register of authorized geodesy engineers
4) Register of authorized mechanical engineers
5) Register of authorized electrical engineers
6) List of joint offices
7) List of designing companies.

2. Registers and lists from the preceding paragraph shall take the form of bound books, unless otherwise provided in these Articles of association or any other general acts of the Chamber. The pages of such books shall bear ordinal numbers, and be stitched through by warranty line. Each register and list shall contain sections designated by these Articles of association or any general act of the Chamber.
3. Every register and list, unless otherwise provided by a general act of the Chamber, shall be verified by the president of the Chamber, who shall, on the upper part of the last page of the book, write down the total number of pages and date of verification, sign the verification and place the wax stamp of the Chamber over end parts of the warranty line.
4. Registers shall, on the right hand edge, have capital letters of the alphabet placed in such a manner, that the first letter of the alphabet is placed in the upper right hand corner, and the last letter in the bottom right corner of the book. Pages of registers shall bear ordinal numbers for each individual letter. Apart from letters of the Croatian alphabet, the registers shall also contain special frequent letters from other European Latin alphabets.
5. Calendar year shall appear at the beginning of every page of register or list, unless otherwise provided by a general act of the Chamber. Entries made in each new calendar year shall always begin on a fresh page.
6. Pages of lists and registers, unless otherwise provided by a general act of the Chamber, shall be divided into (vertical) columns, containing rubrics for individual entries. First column shall always be the column containing ordinal number of that particular entry.
7. Each entry shall be horizontally underlined in the lists, unless otherwise provided by a general act of the Chamber.
8. Entries shall be made into registers in the first free rubric of such registers under the letter of the alphabet corresponding to the initial letter of architect’s or civil engineer’s family name, i.e. company. Registers shall be considered full, when any of the letters from that register run out of new-entry space.
9. Registers and lists can also be kept in computers.
10. Keeping registers and lists shall be governed by a separate decision of the Managing Board of the Chamber.

Article 14

The Register of authorized architects and Registers of authorized civil engineers shall contain the following information:
1. first name and family name of architect or civil engineer
2. personal identification number
3. day and place of birth
4. date of entry
5. number and day of entry decision
6. seat of the company/office
7. professional orientation of authorized architect or civil engineer
8. position architect or civil engineer has in his/her designing company, i.e. some other legal person which was not founded as designing company (member, employed, position)
9. membership in joint office
10. changes occurring during performance of architectural or civil engineering jobs, numbers and dates of decisions on the basis of which such changes occurred
11. day of and reason for being stricken from the register, number and date of decision on the basis of which striking from the register was conducted
12. name of person who took over the office, in case of item 11 of this paragraph, number and date of decision on the basis of which that person took over
13. note on initialization of procedure for the reopening of entry procedure, number and date of decision on the basis of which such note was made
14. note on suspension and termination of membership in the Chamber, i.e. performance of jobs in architecture or civil engineering, number and date of decision on the basis of which such note was made
15. note on initialization of disciplinary proceedings, data on act on the basis of which such proceedings were initialized, and
16. data on obligations in bodies of the Chamber and their duration.

Article 15

Internal makeup and keeping of List of joint offices shall be governed by a separate decision of the Managing Board.

Article 16

Internal makeup and keeping of List of designing companies shall be governed by a separate decision of the Managing Board.

Article 17

1. Apart from registers and lists from Article 13 of these Articles of association, the Chamber shall in a separate document keep record of personal data of each authorized architect and authorized civil engineer, designing company and joint office.
2. The Chamber shall also keep a separate record on disciplinary proceedings and record on members stricken from registers.
3. Managing Board of the Chamber shall separately decide on the contents and manner of keeping records from paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article.
