Previous Study

We analyze all the needs of our client, listen to their expectations and shape their dreams, we take out the main ideas and start working on them. We consider this phase one of the most important since this phase will mark the design and development of our project.

In this phase we can find the economic viability, technical program of needs and the different urban issues.

Blueprint

In this phase we define in a serious and concrete way the fundamental aspects of the work, we project a first general image of the result and we make an approximation of the final budget.

We show our client the most graphic and visual part so that he has an idea of the concept and the resulting volumes integrated into the environment, in tune with the space that surrounds him.

Basic Project

We start thoroughly with our work, in this phase we define the general characteristics of the project and offer our concrete solutions.

We propose the general concept of the house or building, construction system, form, functionalities, urbanism and landscaping, the descriptive memory and general budget.

With the basic project we start with the request for works in the relevant City Council, concessions or other necessary authorizations. It defines the benefits that the building or dwelling has to meet the basic requirements.

Implementation of New Construction Project

We develop the Basic Project and define the work from beginning to end. In this Execution Project the different changes must be subject to the Basic Project and cannot alter the data with which the municipal license for works, concessions and other administrative authorizations have been obtained, except for some duly justified nuances, we will not be able to start the work until we have our final document endorsed and identifying all the agents involved in the construction process.
